Donut Fry Shortening

Our Donut Fry Shortening is designed for frying with high heat stability and natural resistance to oxidization. This solid frying shortening is great for a multitude of frying applications.

Cake & Icing Shortening

Our Cake & Icing Shortening is designed to support the structure of baked goods with higher ratios of liquid and/or sugar. It is an emulsified shortening that allows you to create cakes, smooth icings, as well as tender sweet dough's, tortillas and flatbreads.

HPS

HPS is a flaked, non-hydrogenated, refined fat from palm fruit origin. It may be used for the manufacture of custom fat preparations, bakery mixes, biscuits or other applications requiring a high melt point fat.
